There are supposedly islands floating in mid-air above the clouds. The legend says that there's a portal on CANNON ISLAND. If you manage to find the rumored PROPYLON, try and see if you can talk to a SENTINEL. The experience alone should be sufficient for you to learn what you need to know.

COZYVILLE: Get to the AIR WORLD and talk to SENTINEL 7 on PROPYLON. Examine the book on CANNON ISLAND for clues.
