Use Effect
When used, Tempest gives the following effect: A 360 degree attack that causes +50% of the equipped weapon.
How to Obtain
Tempest can be obtained by selecting the class direction Damage on Level 21 and complete a set of quests starting with The Power of Wind, Chapter 1.
After completing a series of tasks you will learn the ability to make a quick spin, causing damage to enemies around you.
